Important Policy Update – Late/Non-Payment Enforcement

Starting August 31st, 2025, Infusion Peak Hosting will begin enforcing our updated Late and Non-Payment Policy as outlined below:

• Late Payments
  • If you notify us in advance, late payments will be accepted with a 10% late fee.
  • Payments may be delayed for a maximum of 7 days from the original due date.
• Non-Payment
  • Accounts that remain unpaid 1 day past the due date without notice will be suspended.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days of suspension, services will be terminated.
  • Terminations will also result in a strike against your account.
  • After 2 strikes, your account will be restricted from making further purchases unless explicitly authorized by Infusion Peak Hosting management.

We encourage all clients to stay current with their invoices to avoid service interruptions and penalties.
